Helena is operated by Carter Dynamic Investments LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It's written in plain English.

What we collect

Account information — your email and name. What you type into Helena, including your business details, your conversations, and the deliverables she produces for you. Usage data, like how many messages you've sent this month. Payment information is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers.

How we use it

To run the service, give Helena context about your business so her advice fits you, enforce your plan's usage limits, process payments, and email you about your account and billing.

Who we share it with

Our AI provider, to generate Helena's responses. Stripe, to process payments. Our hosting provider, to store and serve the app. That's it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business information to train AI models.

Your rights

You can export all your data from the Account page at any time. You can delete your account and everything in it, permanently. You can contact us with any questions.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete your account. When you do, it's permanently removed and can't be recovered.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access controls so no other user can read your data.
